Rogers Wireless customers now have access to near real-time voice and data usage. The service will let you see how just how many minutes and much data you have used in your current billing cycle. It’s not real-time as there is a four hour delay in the reporting.
Once logged into the MyRogers service, select “Manage My Wireless Services” and then “Voice & Data Usage”
If you change your plan (as I did a few days ago), it looks like you have to wait until the next billing cycle to get reports:
Our records indicate that there were changes made to your account during the current bill cycle.
At this time we are unable to provide the information you have requested.
These charges will be reflected in your next billing cycle.
I think I’m going to like this new service…
