It looks like HTC is working on quite an update for its HTC Sense user interface. A number of screenshots have leaked after someone managed to get their hands on a ROM from the upcoming HTC Espresso. The HTC Espresso is another of these upcoming devices that we first learned about thanks to a leaked Google Android 2.1 ROM. Recent rumours have suggested though that this could be a Hero-like device with a QWERTY slide-out keyboard.
The screenshots reveal a reworked menu bar as well as a new translucent frame around application icons.
It’s not clear if we will see this HTC Sense update on current devices scheduled to receive an update to Google Android 2.0/2.1.
