In yesterday’s post about the upcoming BlackBerry 9300, it was given the codename Gemini. The Boy Genius Report has now clarified that Gemini is in fact another RIM device. It turns out that the Gemini is the BlackBerry 8325, headed to T-Mobile around September.
The BlackBerry 8325 comes with GSM connectivity (no 3G), a QVGA display, a 2MP camera and 802.11 b/g/n Wi-Fi.
So while the BlackBerry 9300 is real (according to Boy Genius), it’s not clear whether it is in fact the Magnum or not. What’s a little more confusion among friends anyways?
