Spb Software House will offer an early look at the upcoming Spb Mobile Shell 3.0 at the Mobile World Congress running from February 16th to 19th, 2009. Spb Mobile Shell is an alternative user interface to the default Windows Mobile one. A number of OEMs (including Acer on the just revealed Acer DX900) have adopted it for their devices.
Spb Mobile Shell 3.0 sets a new standard in handset user interfaces and goes far beyond what is available on any phone today. The new software is fitted with a flexible engine for 3D animation, clever Facebook integration, kinetic scrolling, widgets, and multiple usability innovations. Spb Mobile Shell 3.0 has gained a thrilling ‘wow’ factor and preserved the speed and clarity of device navigation.
Spb Mobile Shell 3.0 is expected to be released to manufacturers later this month. A consumer version will follow in late March.
The current version of Spb Mobile Shell (Version 2.1.4) is available for US$29.95 from our affiliate Clickapps. A free upgrade will be provided by Spb to anyone who purchases Spb Mobile Shell within 90 days of the new version’s release.
