The HTC Touch Diamond is barely out that HTC has already released a ROM upgrade for the Asian version. The new ROM, version 1.40.707.1, updates the Radio to version 3.44.25.27. I’m guessing that there may be some reception problems out there…
Note: The update will replace the current ROM image and will erase partnership, all user data, and programs on your device. Be sure to back everything up before you start.
