On Friday, Rogers Wireless lost its appeal in the case where TELUS challenged its claim to have the “most reliable” wireless network in Canada. The B.C. Court of Appeal upheld the earlier ruling.
As a result, Rogers needs to remove the claim from all television and radio advertising by Thursday. It must also remove it from billboards and marketing materials.
A similar case where Rogers is suing Bell about claims about their wireless network is still before the courts.
