When TELUS said that the RIM BlackBerry Pearl Flip 8230 was coming soon, they meant it. Less than a few weeks later, it is now available from TELUS. It is already featuring in a number of advertising campaigns as well.
The BlackBerry Flip 8230 comes with dual-band EV-DO Rev. A connectivity, two displays (2.4-inch QVGA internal and 1.6-inch external), a 20-key SureType QWERTY keyboard and trackball navigation, 128MB RAM and 128MB Flash memory, GPS, Bluetooth 2.0, a 2MP camera, and a 900mAh battery. It is available in either black or pink. You can also add a number of additional applications such as TELUS mobile music, TELUS mobile TV, and TELUS mobile radio.
TELUS pricing for the BlackBerry Pearl Flip 8230 starts at CA$49.99 with a three-year contract. Prices jump to CA$299.99 with a two-year contract, CA$399.99 with a one-year contract, and CA$449.99 without a contract.
