The Palm Pre is at last available from Bell Mobility here in Canada.

Powered by a TI OMAP3430 processor and Palm’s new webOS, the Palm Pre comes with EV-DO Rev.A connectivity, 3.1-inch QVGA touchscreen display with a ‘gestures area’, a slide-out QWERTY keyboard, 8GB of storage, 802.11b/g Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 2.1 with A2DP, built-in GPS, accelerometer, proximity and light sensors, a 3MP camera with LED flash, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and a removable 1150mAh battery.
The Palm Pre is available at Bell stores, Bell.ca and Bell retail partners Best Buy, Future Shop, Wireless Wave and others. It is available for CA$199.95 with a three-year contract (with minimum CA$45 voice and data plan) or CA$599.95 without contract (minimum 500 MB data plan required).
