So Bell launched the Palm Pre yesterday but a quick look at their coverage map shows little coverage in the Canadian territories leaving many with few options. But all is not necessarily lost.
Latitude Wireless is a CDMA-based wireless carrier that owns and maintains network infrastructure in 17 Yukon communities. Being wholly owned by Bell Canada, it will soon offer the Palm Pre. Prices start at CA$199 with a three-year plan and run up to CA$599 without contract.
If the Pre is not your thing, they also offer a number of other smartphones, including the BlackBerry Tour and HTC Touch Pro.
