Russian site Mobiset.ru has landed some new images of the Motorola XT701 (aka Sholes Tablet). These are apparently from China’s version of the FCC but appear to be outdated (they still show an 8MP camera).
Meanwhile, it appears that the Motorola XT701 has surfaced on Motorola China’s site with specifications. It will be powered by a Cortex A8 quad-core processor and Google Android 2.0 (other rumours suggest Android 2.1). It will come with 3G (WCDMA / HSDPA 10.2M / HSUPA 5.76M) connectivity, a 3.7-inch FWVGA (854 by 480) display, A-GPS, 802.11 b/g Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 2.1 + EDR, a 5MP camera with auto-focus and Xenon flash, a microSD card slot (support for cards up to 32GB), an FM radio and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
The Motorola XT701 could hit the street in Russia and China in early 2010.
