According to the Chinese-language Economic Daily News, MSI is the latest company to be considering a netbook powered by the Google Android operating system. While the company has not decided whether or not it will bring such a netbook to market, it will apparently show such a model at the upcoming Computex 2009 show.
MSI may be trying to gauge the customer response to such an offering as well as the potential for orders from other manufacturers on an OEM basis.
Both ASUS and Hewlett-Packard are known to be evaluating Android-powered netbooks.
