According to a Chinese-language Commercial Times report, the Dell Streak MID spotted last month could be headed to AT&T in early 2010. Production of Dell’s MID products will be outsourced to Taiwan-based Qisda.
The device seen last month came with a 5-inch capacitive touchscreen display (resolution of 800 by 480) with multi-touch support, 3G connectivity, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, a 5MP camera with dual-LED flash, a microSDHC card slot, and a 1,300mAh battery.
The report also suggests that Dell is working with Qisda on a number of MID models. Is Dell looking at other MIDs with larger displays?
