Last week, Microsoft released its Windows Mobile Facebook application. Some users reported installation issues (namely an insufficient privileges error) and Microsoft has now released an updated version to correct this problem.
Microsoft recommends that you uninstall the old application and ensure that the facebook.vol and fbmail.vol files are deleted from your root directory before reinstalling.
Microsoft’s Facebook application is a free download available from its download center or via your phone (Windows Mobile 6.x required).
