HP has just unveiled the HP Glisten for AT&T and is now turning its attention to next year. HP’s Mike Hockey revealed to Gearlog that it will release one or two more Windows Mobile phones in the U.S next year.
Having realized that unlocked devices do not sell well in North America, HP has decided to focus on U.S. carriers and target “prosumers”, small businesses and enterprise buyers.
It would appear that HP will continue to use Windows Mobile as the operating system for its devices, citing a “tight, ongoing” relationship with Microsoft.
