WMExperts.com have landed details on three upcoming HTC devices along with pictures. First up, Verizon is getting a world phone version of HTC Touch Diamond2 sometime in the fall. Also on tap are the HTC Mega and the HTC Tachi although specific carrier information is not yet known.
The CDMA version of the HTC Touch Diamond 2 (codename Whitestone) will be powered by a 528MHz Qualcomm 7600 processor and Windows Mobile 6.1. It will come with CDMA and GSM connectivity, a 3.6-inch WVGA touchscreen display (or should that read 3.2-inch), 256MB RAM and 512MB ROM, gpsOne (aGPS and full GPS), and a 5MP camera with autofocus.
Rumoured Verizon version of HTC Touch Diamond 2
The HTC Mega was first outed by the Wi-Fi Alliance but little was known about it. Intended for the lower end of the market, it will be powered by a 528MHz Qualcomm 7225 processor and Windows Mobile 6.5 with TouchFlo 2D user interface. It will come with GSM and HSDPA connectivity, a 2.8-inch QVGA display, 256MB RAM and 256MB ROM, gpsOne, and a 3MP camera with fixed focus.
Lastly, there is a new picture of the China-bound HTC Tachi. It is expected to be powered by Windows Mobile 6.5 and come with dual CDMA and GSM radios, a 2.8-inch VGA display, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 2.0, a 3.1MP camera with auto-focus, a front-facing camera, and a microSD card slot.
