Back in early July, the HTC Hero, with support for the 850 and 1900MHz bands, cleared the FCC. A second version, this one supporting CDMA/EVDO connectivity, has now received FCC approval.
Rumours have suggested that the HTC Hero could be headed to Sprint and this approval lends weight to those suggestions.
With both GSM and CDMA variants headed our way, I wonder if we will also see it in Canada, courtesy of Bell, Rogers, or TELUS…
