BlackBerry Tour headed to Bell Mobility and Verizon

The BlackBerry Tour (also known as the 9630 or Niagara) is headed to both Bell Mobility and Verizon a bit later this summer.

The Boy Genius Report indicates that Bell Mobility will offer it for CA$599.95 without a contract according to a Bell inventory system screenshot. That would translate to a price of about CA$199.95 with a three-year contract.

The BlackBerry Tour is also headed to Verizon and is expected to launch there the week of July 13th.

Powered by the BlackBerry OS version 4.7.1, the BlackBerry Tour is a world edition phone supporting quad-band GSM/GPRS/EDGE, single-band (2100MHz) UMTS/HSDPA, and dual-band 1xRTT/EV-DO connectivity. It will come with a QWERTY thumb keyboard, a 480 by 360 display, GPS, a 3.2MP camera and a microSDHC card slot. It does not come with Wi-Fi. The form factor is a blend of 8900 Curve and Bold stylings.
