Apple has been coy about some of the specifications of the upcoming iPhone 3G S. But T-Mobile Netherlands appears to have accidentally revealed some of these details, namely the processor speed and the amount of RAM. According to them, the new iPhone 3G S will come with a 600MHz processor and 256MB RAM. It also has an updated PowerVR SGX graphics chip that supports OpenGL ES 2.0. In comparison, the current iPhone 3G comes with a 412Mhz processor, 128MB RAM and an older graphics chip supporting OpenGL ES 1.1.
T-Mobile Netherlands has since removed these details.
