Apple Countersues Nokia

Back in October, Nokia sued Apple alleging that the iPhone infringes on some Nokia wireless communication patents. Now Apple is countersuing Nokia alleging that the latter is infringing on some of its own patents.

“Other companies must compete with us by inventing their own technologies, not just by stealing ours,” said Bruce Sewell, Apples General Counsel and senior vice president.

Apple did not reveal which patents were involved in this latest dispute.
