If MobileSyrup.com is right, there will be a flurry of new phones at Canadian carriers in the next few months. According to them, we can expect new phones at Rogers and its subsidiary Fido, Bell, and Telus. Rumours in the past have suggested many of these but this is a good recap of what’s headed our way.
The Sony Ericsson XPERIA X1, BlackBerry Pearl 8220 (AKA KickStart), HTC Touch Diamond, Palm Treo Pro and BlackBerry Javelin (among others) are all headed to Rogers. Fido is expected to launch the Nokia E71 later this month. Bell will offer up both the HTC Touch Diamond and HTC Touch Pro as well as the LG Wine. And Telus is expected to launch the BlackBerry Thunder.
The busiest shopping season of the year must be upon us soon!
Update: You can also add an iDen version of the BlackBerry Curve to the Telus upcoming device catalog. LG is also set to announce three new sphones on October 22nd.
