Those of us in North America will need to wait until November 3rd just to find out when Sony Ericsson plans on launching the XPERIA X1 here. In the meantime, those in Sweden have begun to receive and unbox theirs.

If nothing else, I suspect we will see quite a few reviews before the XPERIA X1 hits North American shores. We should have a pretty good idea whether it will really be a must-have phone or not.
