Palm announced today that the unlocked Palm Treo Pro is now available in the U.S. Users who had ordered the Treo Pro when it was first announced have also reported that they are receiving their orders.
The Palm Treo is powered by a 400MHz Qualcomm MSM7201 processor and chipset and Windows Mobile 6.1 Professional. It comes with quad-band GSM/GPRS/EDGE (850/900/1800/1900Mhz) and tri-band UMTS (850/1900/2100MHz) connectivity, a 320×320 touchscreen display, 128MB RAM and 256MB ROM (100MB user available), a QWERTY thumb keyboard, 802.11b/g Wi-Fi with one-touch Wi-Fi button, Bluetooth 2.0+EDR, built-in GPS, a 2.0MP camera, a microSDHC card slot, a 3.5mm stereo headset jack, and a 1500mAh battery.
The Palm Treo Pro sells for USD$549 through the Palm online store and Palm authorized resellers.
