Remember how Radiohead released their last album, In Rainbows, on the web, asking fans to pay what they thought it was worth? Then, after only three months, they stopped selling the album online. If you missed it, it is now available on iTunes in the unprotected iTunes Plus format. The album is available for USD$9.99 and comes with a digital booklet.
Interestingly, Radiohead’s back catalog is available on Amazon MP3 but is not available on iTunes.
Radiohead have also revealed in a recent Wired interview that the contract they had with EMI excluded digital sales from their income. If so, no wonder it took them so long to bring their catalog online.
