Those lucky enough to live in the UK are now able to buy the HTC Touch Pro courtesy of UK distributor Devicewire.
Like the HTC Touch Diamond, it is powered by a Qualcomm MSM7201A 528MHz processor and Windows Mobile 6.1 Professional with TouchFLO 3D. It comes with quad-band GSM/GPRS/EDGE and dual-band HSDPA/WCDMA (900/2100 MHz in Europe/Asia) connectivity, a 2.8-inch VGA touchscreen display, a built-in accelerometer to control screen orientation, integrated GPS and A-GPS, 802.11b/g Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 2.0+EDR, a 3.2MP camera, front facing VGA camera, and an FM radio with RDS. It will measure 102x51x18.05mm and weigh 165 grams. Unlike the HTC Touch Diamond though, it comes with a sliding QWERTY keyboard, more memory with 288MB RAM and 512MB ROM, a larger 1340mAh battery, TV-out and a microSD card slot.
The unlocked HTC Touch Pro is selling for £514.99 (including VAT) which translates to about USD$960. As I write this, Devicewire still has 6 in stock so better not hesitate too long!
