A picture and details of the forthcoming HTC Pharos has surfaced at Portuguese site pcdelboso.com. Positioned as an entry-level Windows Mobile phone, it could be announced as early as March as the HTC P3470.
According to the site, the HTC Pharos will be powered by a 200MHz TI OMAP processor and Windows Mobile 6 Professional. It should come with 128MB RAM and 256MB ROM, a 2.8-inch QVGA display, integrated GPS, Bluetooth 2.0 and a 2MP camera.It does not appear to come with 3G connectivity or Wi-Fi capabilities.
The device picture also shows the TouchFLO interface but it’s not clear if HTC will market it as part of its HTC Touch family (consisting of the HTC Touch, HTC Touch Dual and HTC Touch Cruise).
