The Acer one, another netbook competitor to the Asus Eee PC, is set to land in Europe very shortly (with one German online store already having one model in stock) after becoming available in Taiwan.
The first model to launch in Europe is the A110L. Powered by an Intel Atom processor and Linpus Linux Lite (with a user interface developed by Acer), it comes with an 8.9-inch LCD backlit display (1024×600), an 8GB SSD, 802.11b/g Wi-Fi, a webcam, a 5-in-1 media reader and three USB ports.
The other two models, expected later, are the A150L and A150X. Both come with a 120GB hard drive. The L version also comes with Linpus whereas the X version comes with Windows XP.
According to some research on various sites by Fudzilla, the A110L will sell for about €329 (USD$520) in Europe while the A150L comes in at about €359 (USD$565) and the A150X at about €399 (USD$625).
