Details of the upcoming O2 XDA Flame are now on the O2 web site. Earlier specs were pretty much spot on. The Dxd Flame will be powered by a 520MHz Intel XScale PXA270 processor and an NVIDIA GoForce 5500 graphical processor along with Windows Mobile 5.0 (let’s hope that a Windows Mobile 6 upgrade will be announced shortly). It also comes with a 3.6-inch VGA touchscreen, 128MB RAM and 2GB ROM, a primary 2MP camera and secondary VGA camera for video calls, 802.11 b/g Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 2.0 + EDR, a microSD slot, FM tuner, SRS Mobile HD surround sound support and TV-out support. The Xda Flame is not complete perfection though: It lacks quad-band support and 3G support, offering only tri-band GSM/GPRS.
More pictures are available at MrPalm.com (and a preview if you can read Thai).
Although I did not find specific release details, the O2 web site suggests that the Xda Flame is now available in places like Thailand and Taiwan. Check the O2 web site for your country.
