Sitting pretty at the top of the new iPAQ family are the new iPAQ 600 Business Navigator and iPAQ 900 Business Messenger. Both will be powered by a 520MHz Marvell processor and Windows Mobile 6.0 Professional. As reported earlier, both will come with quad-band GSM/GPRS/EDGE and tri-band UMTS/HSDPA connectivity. Both will also feature integrated GPS and QVGA touchscreen displays (2.8-inch for the iPAQ 600 and 2.46-inch for the iPAQ 900), 128MB RAM and 256MB ROM 802.11 b/g Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 2.0 + EDR, and a microSD slot. The iPAQ 600 series will come with a Smart Touch Wheel, 3-way thumb wheel and 12-key numeric pad while the iPAQ 900 series will feature a QWERTY keyboard and scroll wheel.
The iPAQ 610 comes in configurations with or without a 3MP 4x zoom camera and I suspect we will see the same option on the iPAQ 900.
The iPAQ 600 will measure 117 x 60.3 x 17.5mm and weigh 145 grams. The iPAQ 900 will measure 113 x 64 16mm and weigh 146 grams.
