Last night, HP unveiled five new iPAQ series. Let’s take a closer look at its new traditional PDAs, the 100 and 200 series.
The iPAQ 100 Classic will be powered by a 624MHz Marvell processor and Windows Mobile 6 Classic. There will be no telephony capabilities. It will come with a 3.5-inch QVGA display, 64MB RAM and 256MB ROM, 802.11 b/g Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 2.0 with EDR, and an SD slot.
It will measure 68.90 x 13.60 x 116.70mm and weigh 115 grams.
The iPAQ 200 Enterprise Handheld will also be powered by a 624MHz Marvell processor and Windows Mobile 6 Classic. Again, there will be no telephony capabilities. It will come with a 4-inch VGA display, 128MB RAM and 256MB ROM, 802.11 b/g Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 2.0 with EDR, two speakers, and SD and CF slots.
Corresponding models in Europe will have model numbers that end in 4s (eg, 114 and 214).
The 200 series will measure 76 x 16 x 126mm and weigh 192 grams.
