Pictures of a new Palm Treo device have surfaced. Could this be the Palm Treo 800w that recently appeared on a leaked Verizon timetable last week? Or is it yet another unannounced Treo device?
One picture shows a white device with a silver Vodafone logo that appears to be running running Windows Mobile Standard (marking a departure from current Treos that run Windows Mobile versions for touchscreen devices). Another shows it running Palm OS (is a Treo 800p variant?).
Additional details at Gizmodo suggest that the new Treo will support EV-DO Rev. A and will come with a 320×320 display, 128MB RAM and 256MB ROM, a 1,3MP camera, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and a microSD slot.
One source suggests that the the new Treo will sell for about US$200.
