Thanks to the DigiTimes, we now have a little more confirmation about HTC’s 2007 roadmap. Overall, HTC plans to ship up to 2.4 million handsets in the second quarter alone (compared to 1.62 million in the first). Three devices are planned in Q2: The HTC S420 (HTC Erato), a clamshell Smartphone running Windows Mobile 6 Standard, the P4550 (HTC Kaiser) and P3450 (HTC Elf). The latter two will run Windows Mobile 6 Professional.
The third quarter will see the release of the Windows Mobile 6 Professional P6500 (HTC Sirius) and P5500 (HTC Nike) as well as the Windows Mobile 6 Standard S730 (HTC Wings) Smartphone.
That fourth quarter still looks like a blank slate. I wonder what other goodies we will see before the end of the year!
