HTC has announced the opening of its first HTC Care Customer Service Center (or HTC Care for short) in Taipei. The center will provide customers in Taiwan with a comprehensive range of services including personalized consultations on new and existing HTC products, fast and efficient warranty repairs, and other valuable after-sales support. A speedy turn-around time is guaranteed for all service repairs conducted at HTC Care, and customers shall be provided with a temporary replacement phone free of charge during the repair period. A wide assortment of HTC accessories will be available at the center, and comprehensive product and warranty services will also be offered to Dopod customers.
The HTC Care Customer Service Center is located at No.116, Sec. 2, Zhongxiao E. Rd. in Taipei near the Guanghua Bazaar and Zhongxiao Xinsheng Station.
The press release also indicates that HTC is planning to open other Care Centers, including overseas. I look forward to the day that I can visit an HTC Care center in Toronto.
