Some leaked authentic-looking Sprint documentation suggests that the CDMA HTC Mogul (also known as the PPC-6800) could land later this month on Sprint’s web site. This could be good news given that the release date had slipped as far back as next October.
Succeeding the PPC-6700, the HTC Mogul (It looks like the PPC-6800 designation will not be used) will be powered by a 416MHz Qualcomm processor and Windows Mobile 6. It will come with a slide-out QWERTY keyboard, 64MB RAM and 256MB ROM, a jog wheel, a 2.8-inch QVGA display, 802.11 b/g Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 2.0, a microSD slot and a 2MP camera. It will also be upgradeable to EVDO Rev. A.
It appears that the HTC Mogul will go for US$399.99 with a two-year plan.
