Engadget Mobile has found a copy of the user guide for the HTC Excalibur on the Rogers Wireless web site, suggesting it will soon be available to subscribers. Apparently to carry the model number S621, it looks like the specs are identical to the S620 (quad-band GPRS/EDGE, 200MHz processor, Windows Mobile 5.0, 64MB RAM and 128MB ROM, QWERTY keyboard, 2.4-inch QVGA screen, 802.11 b/g Wi-Fi, microSD slot, Bluetooth, 1.3MP camera).
It remains to be seen when Rogers will formally announce the S621 and for how much. Hopefully Rogers will also offer the same Windows Mobile 6 upgrade that the HTC S620 is getting south of the border.
Rogers will also carry the BlackBerry 8800 (Coming soon) and is already offering the Nokia E62 if you’re looking for alternatives.
