CNET Asia have gotten their hands on the yet-to-be-released Glofiish X650. Confirmed back in early December by the FCC, the device comes in dark gray and silver shades with a soft-touch finish on the back.
Like the X600, the X650 will not have 3G capabilities but it will sport a VGA display (unlike what we first reported). It will also have a 2MP autofocus camera and an FM transmitter. The latter will not only act as a tuner but also let users transmit music from the device to a radio nearby (handy in a car for example) with the wired headset acting as the antenna.
CNET does not confirm other specs but the X650 is expected to sport very similar ones to the X600: 400MHz Samsung processor, Windows Mobile 6 Professional, 64MB RAM and 128MB ROM, quad-band GSM/GPRS/EDGE connectivity, 802.11 b/g Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 2.0+EDR, integrated GPS, and a microSD expansion slot.
There is still no word on when and where the Glofiish X650 will be released as well as the price.
