If you find yourself wanting the new HTC Vox but are on a CDMA network, your prayers have been answered. The FCC has approved the HTC Libra, a CDMA variant of the Vox. While there is little information on the FCC site thanks to a confidentiality request that runs until the end of May, Engadget has already learned that there is a good change that the Libra could be upgradeable to EV-DO Rev. A.
It remains to be seen what carriers will offer the HTC Libra but Engadget suggests that Verizon will be one of those.
