More details of the upcoming E-TEN M800 has surfaced over at the FCC website, suggesting that a US release could be in the works. The M800 builds on the X800 by adding a slide-out QWERTY keyboard, a faster processor and a more powerful battery. It is slightly thicker and heavier than the X800.
The E-TEN M800 wil be powered by a 500MHz Samsung processor and Windows Mobile 6 Professional. It will include quad-band GSM/GPRS/EDGE and tri-band HSDPA/UMTS connectivity, a 2.8-inch VGA touchscreen display, 64MB RAM and 256MB ROM, built-in GPS (SirFStar III chipset), 802.11 b/g Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 2.0, a back-facing 2MP and a front-facing VGA camera and a microSD expansion slot.
