There is another HTC device on the horizon and the FCC has the details. The HTC Census will likely be intended for the enterprise space and may even be carried by US census takers in 2010. Lacking voice-data support, it will be powered by a 416MHz Intel Bulverde processor and Windows Mobile 5.0. It will also include dual-band CDMA/EV-DO support, 64MB RAM and 128MB ROM, Wi-Fi, a phone jack to connect to a landline, a 3.5-inch QVGA screen, biometric sensor, integrated GPS using the SirfStar III chipset and an SD slot.
Pictures also show a large strap on the back and one in the user manual suggests that Sprint could be a carrier.
Pricing and availability information are not available.
