The Boy Genius has gotten his hands and camera on the HTC Cavalier, the heir apparent to the HTC Excalibur. Check out the ‘More information’ link for all the pictures.
As reported earlier, the Cavalier will come with a faster Samsung 400MHz processor, 128MB of Flash ROM, a 2MP camera and a slightly different form factor. It will offer quad-band (GSM/GPRS/EDGE) support, UMTS (2100/850/1900) and HSDPA support.
It will retain the JOGGR touch sensitive navigation bar (although moved to the side), 2.4-inch screen, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, 64MB RAM and microSD slot found on the Excalibur.
Unfortunately, HTC has “indefinitely postponed” the Cavalier. Will we get a release date at next month’s 3GSM Congress in Barcelona?
