The days where the bartender would lend a friendly ear to our woes or introduce us to a new drink may be drawing to an end. The Robobar from Motoman promises to automatically pour cocktails, beer, wine, juice and soft drinks while bringing in more customers (due to the novelty). The Robobar can produce a perfectly mixed drink every 10-15 seconds and will also work 24 hours a day, 7 days a week without breaks, vacations, holidays, or sick time (or hangovers). That is until the robots decide to rebel – Especially if they catch on that Robobars only cost about 30 cents per hour to operate!
At least we could use tip money to buy another round instead!
