Web Information Solutions, Inc. (WebIS), the maker of Pocket Informant, has aquired the FlexWallet 2006 line of secure information management software from Two Peaks Software.
A new WebIS-branded version will be available shortly but existing FlexWallet customers can expect to see ongoing enhancements and full customer support. The new version will include minor changes as well as a a new registration code system. Current users can expect to receive new registration codes from WebIS when the new version is ready.
