The optimization is done with the Spb Insight channel technology to ensure that pages are specifically formatted for Pocket PC device screens. As soon as an article is downloaded, you can read it (even if other articles are still downloading in the background).
Among the features it offers are fulll RSS/Atom support (0.9x, 1.0, 2.0), offline reading of full-text articles and pictures, one hand operation and article thumbnails. To find popular RSS channels, you can use the Spb Insight Online Catalog which features over 1000 channels.
