Are you looking for the ultimate Pocket PC Phone? If so, Pocket PC Thoughts may have landed the specs to a device that might meet your needs. The O2 XDA Flame will come with a 3.6-inch VGA (not a typo) screen and will support 3G (HSDPA?). In terms of hardware, it will come with a 520MHZ Intel XScale PXA270 processor and an NVIDIA GoForce 5500 GPU, 2GB ROM, 802.11 b/g Wi-Fi, a 2MP camera, SRS Mobile HD surround sound support and TV-out support.
The release date is expected in early 2007 for 02 customers (North America is out of luck for now).
If the XDA Flame is too rich for you (yeah right!) or you need a slide-out keyboard, how about the 02 XDA Zinc? Powered by the same 520MHZ Intel processor, it will come with 64MB RAM and 128MB ROM, 802.11 b/g Wi-Fi and a 2.0MP camera. I suspect it will only be a QVGA device.
