With Dopod’s acquisistion by HTC close to wrapping up, further details about HTC’s future strategy are also starting to emerge. One interesting detail is that HTC’s relationships with 02 and i-mate are coming to an end. We have already seen evidence of this as the i-mate recently announced JAQ is an Inventec device. Dopod also revealed that it will be the only one to distribute HTC designs in Australia.
