Mobinaute has revealed that the Mitac Mio A201 will be replaced by two new GPS Pocket PC models. Specs and pictures are now available on the Mio press site but they will be officially unveiled in March at the CeBIT show.
The P550 will come with a 400MHz processor, integrated GPS (using the SiRFstar III chipset), Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, an SDIO slot and Windows Mobile 5.0. It will support any GPS software and will come with Skype. The P350 will have the same specs except for Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.
We will need to wait until CeBIT to find out information about release dates and pricing.
Mitac is also planning to release other GPS devices, the Mio C710, Mio C510E, Mio C210 and Mio H610, which offer different form factors and options (including a host of European maps).
