Ready to move on from Sudoku and take on a new challenge? You’re in luck: Mastersoft Mobile Solutions have just released Mastersoft Kakuro, a cross sums game. Think of Kakuro as a combination of Sudoku and a crossword puzzle. Instead of clues, you have sums. You fill lines up horizontally or vertically so that the digits (that cannot repeat) add up to that sum.
Mastersoft Kakuro comes with unlimited puzzles, six levels of difficulty, various hint systems, a timer and many of the same features that first appeared in Mastersoft Sudoku, including the Ball of String. It is VGA, QVGA and square QVGA compatible (including the Treo 700w).
Mastersoft Kakuro is now available for $14.95 USD directly from Mobilesoft.
