i-mate has released the i-mate PDA-N, a PDA with GPS capabilities. Running Windows Mobile 5.0, it is powered by a Samsung SC32442X33 300Mhz processor and comes with 32MB RAM and 128MB ROM. It also has an SDIO slot, a 2.8-inch QVGA screen, a miniUSB connector, Bluetooth 1.2 and 802.11b Wi-Fi capabilities.
According to Jim Morrison, CEO of i-mate, GPS has emerged as a key customer requirement so we’re happy to offer it built into a sleek looking powerful Windows Mobile-based PDA.
The i-mate PDA-N is scheduled to hit the street in April.
