If the colours offered by Apple just don’t do it for you, ColorWarePC will come to your rescue. For $76 USD, you can have your iPod nano or iPod Video decked out in one of ColorWare’s 28 colour choices. The clickwheel can even be a different colour if you want. The new coat of paint is then given a protective coating. X2 is a scratch resistant liquid plastic coatingthat is applied as a final step in ColorWare’s proprietary coatings process.
It will take about 3-4 weeks for your new iPod to show up to your door.
ColorWare services are also available for current owners of an Apple iPod (1G and 2G nano and iPod with video) as well as selected notebooks and PCs, selected Dell products and Sidekick 3 products.
