Engadget Mobile have dug up the FCC approval for the Samsung SGH-i310 (the world’s first 8GB hard disk embedded smartphone, according to Samsung), the successor to the SGH-i300 (3MB hard drive). The i310 also comes with tri-band GSM / GPRS and EDGE (no GSM 850 MHz unfortunately for North America), Windows Mobile 5.0 for Smartphone with support for Bluetooth stereo (A2DP), 2-inch QVGA screen, a 2MP camera with flash, a microSD slot, TV output and USB 2.0.
The SGH-i310 is expected to be introduced in Europe during the second half of this year.
