The multi-platform Edge Mobile Game Engine has been updated by Elements Interactive B.V. The new version adds features like DirectX hardware support (DirectDraw) for both Windows Desktop and Windows Mobile 5, the ability to read video memory, some new functions and some performance improvements. For example, Quartz 2 was developed with the Edge Game Engine.
Don’t forget about Edge’s game coding contest as well.
The Edge Mobile Game Engine is available for $950 USD from our affiliate Clickgamer. A trial version is also available. This is a free upgrade to current Edge licensees.
